Refund policy

 

The Wave Canada (TWC) ("us", "we", or "our") will gladly exchange or refund items within thirty (30) days of receiving the package with an original receipt. Items must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and must have all packaging and its tickets attached.

Returns within Canada are free. Returns outside of Canada are subject to additional costs/fees. Returned merchandise that was originally paid for by alternate tenders (i.e. gift card) other than debit or credit card will receive an exchange or refund in the form of a store credit onto a The Wave Canada Gift Card. Cash will not be issued.

All returns and price adjustments are subject to validation and approval at our discretion.

To protect our customers from fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to request valid ID or other identity confirmation for the purposes of validating customer information when processing a return or exchange.

Creating a return:

1. Log into your account and access the ‘Order History’ page.
2. Request a shipping label for the item being returned.
3. A pre-paid shipping label with instructions will be sent to your accounts associated email
4. Print out label and follow instructions within email.
